After the beach trip, I realized my summer clothes are severely lacking...we went in search of material for a sundress type coverup for me at the beach. Let's face it - no one wants to see this walking around LOL. I even got brave and bought a tankini type swimsuit. I wonder if I'll ever be brave enough to beach myself in it! I think as long as I'm just laying getting sun I can do it. I can do it. I can do it...ok I still need convincing. Maybe I'll just wear it under the flouncy summery dress I have planned.

The picture really does not do it justice. I even thought of offering it for sale it's so adorable and not too homemade looking. Butttt....since I planned this as a summer purse for me, I'm going to start using it today! LOL It's kind of a thick cotton and I bought enough to make a matching beach bag too.
Ok...blog fun is over. Time for real life.
